MESA and TESE
- For these procedures, sperm are aspirated or microscopically extracted by a urologist (with specialized expertise in male infertility) from the male reproductive tract (testis or epididymis)
- ICSI is required for sperm obtained via Microepididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA)/Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE)
