Appointments
We are currently accepting new patients. Our patients come to us by a number of routes including, "word-of-mouth" referral, as well as direct referral from the patient's primary care or Ob/Gyn physician. We accept most insurance plans and patients can check with our receptionist when making an appointment regarding coverage.
To get the most from your first visit, we recommended that you bring copies of your prior treatment records or have them forwarded to us before your first visit. If this is not possible, you can sign a record-release form at your first visit, and we will contact your physician.
We strongly encourage the male partner to be present at the initial consultation. The time of the initial visit is usually 45-60 minutes.
